Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of URLCapsule (the "Service"), operated by Orion Sky Marketing Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

URLCapsule lets you save web links, store a screenshot and metadata for each page, organize them into categories, and search your library using AI features. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials, including your save token, confidential. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. Notify us at support@urlcapsule.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Plans, prices and automatic renewal

• The Free plan allows up to 100 saved links at no cost.
• The Pro plan costs $4 per month or $36 per year and unlocks unlimited links and full AI features.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable VAT, charged at the rate of your country under the EU One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme where required.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply to the next renewal, never to a period you have already paid.

EU right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from any distance contract — monthly or annual — within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. When you upgrade, we ask for your express consent to begin providing the paid Service immediately, together with your acknowledgement that, by giving it, you lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). If you did not give that consent, you may withdraw within the 14-day period and receive a full refund of that payment, as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property.
• Save, store or distribute unlawful, abusive, or malicious content.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means to abuse quotas, rate limits, or AI features, or to resell the Service without our written consent.

You are solely responsible for the links and content you save. We may remove content or limit usage that violates these Terms.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the links and data you save. You grant us a limited license to store and process that data only to operate the Service for you, including generating screenshots, summaries and search indexes. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Availability and third parties

The Service relies on third-party providers (for payments, AI processing, capture, hosting and email). We are not liable for outages or issues caused by those providers, though we work to keep the Service reliable.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, that create legal risk, or after prolonged inactivity, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination you may export your data during a reasonable window; afterwards we may delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes fall under the competent courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer law grants you another venue. Questions? Contact support@urlcapsule.com.
